To avoid the complex process in estimating the weight of sensitivity analysis and considering decision-makers' opinions in the fuzzy sense, this research develops a fuzzy concordance analysis method to choose the most suitable operational organization type. Tao-Yuan's rapid transit system is an example for studying the outranking relationships among operational organization types. The results are of primary importance in providing decision makers with a good reference under complex and uncertain circumstances. |
