The mentioned research usually focused on asingle outlet but rarely studied the structure of dealers formed by several outlets.For that reason, this paper applies the methodology “Fuzzy cognitive maps” tomodel and explore the operation dynamics for magazine dealer. The results showthat the improvement of delivery performance and delivery regulation could significantly increase magazine dealer satisfaction and somewhat mitigate theproblems encountered. The result can be referred by merchants, and then furtherdeveloped into a strategy for both management and improvement. |
