關鍵字: | 市區公車駕駛員;工作壓力;留任意願;City Bus Drivers;Work Stress;Intention to Stay | 公開日期: | 六月-2020 | 出版社: | 勞動部勞動及職業安全衛生研究所 | 卷: | 28 | 期: | 2 | 起(迄)頁: | 105 - 118 | 來源出版物: | 勞動及職業安全衛生研究季刊 | 摘要: | 本研究對象針對市區公車駕駛員,並探討其工作壓力與留任意願之關聯性,首先蒐集與探討國内、外有關工作壓力與留任意願之期刊、論文,接著根據相關文獻整理,並依本研究之架構設計一套問卷調查表,並實際針對大台北地區市區公車駕駛員進行資料蒐集。研究結果發現,工作壓力與留任意願呈現負相關,工作壓力愈大之駕駛員,留任意願越低,並歸納出影響駕駛員留任意願之工作壓力構面,其顯著性由高到低的順序為:來自工作本身壓力、生涯規劃與成就的壓力、公司制度與管理的壓力、家庭的壓力及來自人際關係的壓力,最後根據研究結果提出具體改善策略,供交通主管機關及客運業者,經營管理與後續研究之參考。This research aims to analyze relation between city bus drivers' work stress and their intention to stay. A questionnaire investigation based on literature review was conducted and the questionnaire was distributed to city bus drivers in Taipei area for data collection. Result of this study shows that city bus drivers' work stress negatively correlated with their intention to stay. The greater the city bus drivers' work stress is, the lower the willingness to keep the job position would be. We also concluded several factors that affect intention to stay based on the work stress, including stress from work, from achievement and career/life planning, from the system and management of the company, from family and from interpersonal relationship. |
