The Tsiang-Tou pond, an artificial pond, was surrounded by hills in three directions. Owing to the mud and sand silted from the hills for last several decades, it is only 4 m in depth at present. Water color and turbidity had the opposite relation to transparency. COD content was low, and according to the measurements of water for the aquatic environment, it belonged to the class 2, fishery. Conductivity showed the same variation as nitrogen and phosphate. Alkalinity was a little larger than that of lakes in Japan. In summer, water temperature had quite difference both in vertical and in daily variations. Dissolved oxygen in bottom layer was found about1ppm in June, 1978. This pond has poor nutrient except in August. It is no usful and not appropriate for cage culture, but the fry delivery may be considered to be the only way to utilize this pond in fisheries.從民國67年3月至68年2月,共做了11次匠頭埤的水族環境調查,匠頭埤三面爲山所包圍,由於泥沙的淤積,水深越來越淺,最深處只有4公尺而已。水色、濁度與透明度呈相反的關係,葉綠素甲與COD的變化情形很一致,COD均在4ppm以下,屬於水產用水二級,導電度與氮鹽、磷鹽的變化情形有關,總鹼度較日本湖沼稍大;夏天水溫,各層及24小時之差距大,底含氧量小,一般來說,營養鹽除了8月份外均貧乏,粗放式的魚苗放流尚可考慮,但箱網養魚則不太合適。 |
