In February 2007, the 1st book, “Cobia Aquaculture : Research, Development and Commercial Production” was published. There are 178 pages, including 12 chapters and an appendix: Let’s Cook Cobia. In August 2008, the 2nd book, “The Aquaculture of Groupers”, was published. There are 241 pages, including 13 chapters, a color atlas collection, “Groupers of Penghu Island, Taiwan”, and an appendix: Grouper Cuisines. In March 2010, the 3rd book, “Milkfish Aquaculture in Asia” was published. There are 195 pages, including 15 chapters and appendix of Milkfish Cuisines with Taiwanese and Filipino recipes. The 4th book, “Progress of Shrimp and Prawn Aquaculture in the World” was published in January 2016. There are 444 pages. It contains 18 chapters and an appendix with illustrations of some shrimp/prawn, and Let’s taste and enjoy the shrimp and prawn cuisines. |
