Title: | 運用紙牌遊戲教學改善商管課程之教學成效以生產與作業管理課程為例 | Authors: | 鍾武勳 | Issue Date: | Aug-2019 | Publisher: | 教育部 | Abstract: | 在國內外許多管理相關科系,教學內容很大一部份涉及系統運作的概念,例如物流系統、生產製造系統、供應鏈系統等。由於修課學生過去大多無參與生產製造或供應鏈作業的實際經驗,對於生產或供應鏈系統欠缺實際體驗,傳統口授的教學方式難以引起學習興趣,學習效果欠佳。此外,由於物理條件限制,也無法像理工課程進行小規模的實體實作。 本計畫導入遊戲教學(game-based learning)概念於管理課程的教學上,設計一套適用於台灣大學教學環境可廣泛使用的紙牌教學遊戲,以提升學習成效。教學設計將「生產與作業管理」課程篩選出特定主題與教學遊戲結合,並運用智慧教學工具,增進課堂討論互動,改善學習成效。遊戲教學過程進行錄影拍照,並以不記名問卷實施教學評量調查。所獲得之數據資料,除用以發掘教學問題,供教學改進外,將進一步檢驗遊戲教學用於管理課程教學之可用性與學生學習成效。問卷回饋結果顯示,學生不管在學習意願的提高、相關課程內容的理解與遊戲教學對學習成效的改善上,均有不錯的回應。但由於此遊戲教學是全新的嘗試,遊戲操作上仍有不足之處,有待日後逐步完善。在此基礎上,未來可擴大使用範圍,帶動其他課程引入類似創新教學概念及方法,提升整體教育品質。 In management courses, one of the core topics is about system operations, such as logistic distribution systems, manufacturing systems, supply chain systems, etc. Traditionally, the relevant courses are taught by lecturing. Because most of the students in these courses lack practical experiences in a manufacturing system or a supply chain system, the traditional teaching cannot attract their interests and perform well. In addition, due to the lack of a physical system, the students cannot run a real system and learn by doing. This reduces learning effectiveness and efficiency. This study applies game-based learning to the teaching of management-related courses, designing a card game, which adapts to a broad range of management topics in Taiwan teaching environment to improve students’ learning. This project sifts many topics from the course “production and operations management” and introduce the card game into the teaching of these topics. Besides, smart teaching is used to improve class interactions and learning effectiveness. The process of game-based teaching and learning in the class will be taped for teaching and learning analysis. The learning performance in the class is mainly evaluated by online surveys. The survey shows that the card game can effectively stimulate students’ learning motivation and improve students’ learning performance. However, due to such a new game learning trial, many problems in game operations remain. The card game will be improved gradually in the future. Such a game learning idea can be expanded to the teaching in other similar courses in other universities. en |
