標題: | 以樂高積木實作搭配樂高機器人導入合作學習與議題導向於大學生食品行銷管理學習成效之影響 | 作者: | 陳建利 | 公開日期: | 八月-2022 | 出版社: | 教育部 | 摘要: | 食品行銷長久以來都是就業職場上重要且欠缺此人才,如何教導食品科學系學生吸收行銷的理論與知識及將行銷知識如何應用於解決實務問題為一大挑戰。本研究應用樂高教學在課程的可行性及其對學生創造力之影響,學習如何有效應用在相關食品行銷之管理活動執行或策略構思上,增加學生在就業後面對食品行銷具備足夠的知識和問題解決能力。將課堂教室作為計畫執行場域,透過分組、角色分派以及任務分工的方式進行,指定特定的食品行銷管理議題,透過議題導向之引導,讓學生在分組中產生團隊競爭的方式,藉以促進學生針對特定的議題進行資訊收集合作學習。課程結束後發現以樂高教育方案搭配樂高主題積木教學法的學習效果顯著提升在學習態度、自我效能,且動手作用腦思考,上課不再滑手機,思考樂高主題積木如何跨域整合於食品行銷上之應用,例如蛋糕店以跑車加上花卉於重大節慶上送給重要的人,露營車搭配無人商店銷售等行銷手法。課程結束後以此主題做教學法態度評價問卷,發現所有參與學生對於改變傳統授課與搭配樂高主題等並應用問題導向教學法持正面評價,顯示導入此教學能提升學習動機外,並能改進學習成效,並提升老師之教學品質提供一可行之教學實踐參考。 Food marketing was important and lacking talent in the workplace. Teaching students to absorb the theory and knowledge of marketing, and how to apply marketing knowledge to solve practical problems. This study aimed to investigate the practicability of the LEGO education and the learning efficiency in the food marketing management curriculum and influences of student’s creativity while applying LEGO education. The classroom is used as the plan implementation field, grouped through grouping, role assignment and task division, and specific food marketing management issues are designated. Through issue-oriented guidance, students can form a team competition in the group, so as to Facilitate students to conduct information collection and cooperative learning on specific issues. After the course, I found that the learning effect of using the LEGO education combined with the LEGO-themed building blocks teaching method has significantly improved in learning attitude, self-efficacy, and hands-on class thinking. In class non used mobile phone and think about how Lego-themed building blocks can be integrated across domains in food marketing. For example, cake shops use sports cars and flowers to give important people on major festivals, camping cars are paired with unmanned store sales and other marketing methods. At the end of the course, a pedagogical attitude evaluation questionnaire was conducted on this topic, and it was found that all participating students had positive comments on changing traditional teaching and matching Lego themes and applying problem-oriented teaching methods. Displaying imported interactive teaching can enhance learning motivation, and can improve learning outcomes, and improve the teaching quality of teachers. |
