Title: | 實踐與海攬公會落實證照化於海運承攬實務翻轉教學研究 | Authors: | 蘇健民 | Issue Date: | Aug-2022 | Publisher: | 教育部 | Abstract: | 本研究旨使學生在學期間即能了解海運承攬業基礎實務面,以利學生在畢業後可與職場無縫接軌,縮短學用落差。本研究導入翻轉課堂的教學模式,與海運承攬公會產學合作落實證照化於學校課程,將海運承攬公會的專業師資引入課堂,於課堂講授實務知識並傳授職場經驗,落實「提問互動、引發思考」的教學模式,使學生了解海運承攬業之現況與發展趨勢,學期末再經海運承攬公會測驗合格核發海運承攬業「基礎實務課程結業證明書」,強化校園「推動證照、翻轉課堂」的教學理念,為該領域人才做最前期規劃與培育,達到「理論與實務、學用合一」的教學目標。 本研究於課程開始即對學生進行前測問卷,問卷內容以了解同學對海運承攬產業認知程度為主,根據問卷統計得知學生缺乏海運承攬相關基礎知識,每個層面都有近九成的同學表示不理解。課程結束後同樣對學生發放問卷了解學習成效,有八成的同學表示已認知海運承攬產業。除問卷施測外,海運承攬公會實務證照測驗取照率100%,結果顯示學生認真程度及學習成效顯著。本研究透過產學合作落實證照化於學校課程確可提高學生的學習興趣,使學術與產業並進,有效推進職場生涯發展,達到產學無縫接軌零落差之目標。 This study aim makes the student can realize the marine forwarder practice, can be connected to career seamless after graduating for the convenience of student. This study duct into the application of "Empirical Illumination in Marine Forwarder Practice Flipped Teaching Method" into university curriculum teaching, combining marine forwarder theory with marine forwarder industry basic practice, and strengthening campus "promoting licenses and flipping classrooms" to assist students to understand what is the professional knowledge of those employees in the marine forwarder-related industries. Therefore, students can understand the tasks and planning of the marine forwarder industry in advance, and they can obtain the basic practical license of the marine forwarder industry before graduation, and make the initial planning for the talents of the marine forwarder industry and cultivation, to achieve the goal of zero gaps between industry and academia and the integration of learning and application. This study is at the course begin, a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand students' current knowledge and understanding of marine forwarder industry. The questionnaire primarily assessed students' level of familiarity with the industry. Based on the responses, it was found that nearly 90% of the students lacked basic knowledge in every area of maritime shipping and contracting. After the course concluded, a similar questionnaire was distributed to students to assess their learning outcomes. Approximately 80% of the students indicated that they had a better understanding of marine forwarder industry after completing the course. In addition to the questionnaires, a certification exam was held at the end of the semester by International Ocean Freight Forwarders & Logistics Association, Taiwan (IOFFLAT), and 100% in the class obtained the certification. The majority of students believed that obtaining the certification would be beneficial for their future job prospects. |
