標題: | 擘劃我們的永續未來願景劇本 | 作者: | 鍾蕙先 | 公開日期: | 八月-2022 | 出版社: | 教育部 | 摘要: | 由於學生們面臨的未來是高度變遷的社會,發展創新解方促進社會各層面的調整以朝向永續發展,是這個世代學生們出社會後面臨的重要課題。然而,學生普遍對於純理論與知識缺乏學習動機、對快速創造與流通的資訊判讀能力需要有系統的練習、同時缺乏對公共事務的效能感(efficacy)。本計畫透過改變教學方式,期許培養學生回應公共事務的知識與能力,並增進其公民效能感。為此,本課程以能源政策為主題進行問題導向教學,並結合部分審議民主元素,透過課堂體驗,提升學生對於公民參與公共事務影響力的了解,帶領學生學習公共政策知識與技術、共同設計(co-design)與共同產出(co-produce)永續能源政策願景劇本與行動方案。在教學實踐貢獻上,本計畫製作結合公民參與永續發展元素的公共政策課程教案,以增補現行以政府內部政策規劃與決策模型為主的公共政策教學素材,同時也分享在公共政策課程中導入新教案時,可能會遇到的難題與建議的解決方法。 The university students are facing a changing society. Developing creative and innovative solutions to facilitate sustainability in all aspects of society is a crucial task for this generation. However, students are generally lacking of critical reading skills, motivations to learn textbook-style knowledge and political efficacy. This project introduced problem-based learning and deliberative democracy elements to change traditional teaching method and syllabus for the purpose of increasing students' knowledge and ability to tackle future challenges. This class took energy policy as a case study. It encouraged students to transfer their knowledge learned in class to co-design and co-produce future scenarios of sustainable energy and its relevant action plans. In teaching field, the findings of this project could provide a teaching design with public participation and sustainable development elements into existing public policy teaching materials. It also revealed possible challenges and relevant solutions in introducing innovative lesson plan into the university course. |
