Description

Abstract
本計畫旨在建立波潮流與海岸線變遷模式,用以模擬台灣四周海岸之水理特性與海岸線變遷情形。本計畫首先就國外相關之海岸動力模式及海岸線變遷模式綜合整理分類,取其重要之理念及經驗,作為國內研發模式之參考。本計畫並蒐集環島潮汐、波浪、近岸流場、漂砂特性及歷年海岸線變遷進行分析,分析結果可提供數值模式參數之率定及研判海岸線變遷趨勢之依據。本計畫同時進行宜蘭海岸之地形水深資料,進行波場、流場、海岸線變遷及河口動力特性模擬,以檢測各模式之執行能力及其適用情形。 This project aims at the development of numerical models for simulating coastal processes such as wave field, tidal current and shoreline changes. Several numerical models have been used to predict beach evolution on the basis of wave and current conditions around Taiwan Coast. Firstly, these corresponding models were clarified and reviewed in the present work. The performance of each model will be compared and their merits are indicated. According to these analyses, a practical shoreline evolution model is thus developed for the prediction of beach changes due to affecting factors, such as wave climate, tidal currents, sediments, and human-made intervention.
