Description

Abstract
本計畫主要進行我國先導型離岸風力發電營運期間環境試驗和研究規劃(風能、颱風、地震、雷擊、海陸域生態、鳥類、漁業、中華白海豚等監測分析),營運期間設施試驗和研究規劃(結構與水下基礎、基礎沖刷、減震設計、施工方式、營運維護、風機可用率和可靠度、發電效率、防蝕技術、抗颱設計),由規劃及整合各研究成果建立我國離岸風力發電機設計初步架構及後需研究方向。利用網路平台及資料庫提供本計畫相關研究成員交流平台,並發展雲端運算技術支援產業界進行初步分析。研究重點議題包括:建議風海觀測塔現場風速量測方法、淘刷對基礎承載力與風機運轉影響、風海觀測塔實驗平台量取的大氣邊界層之風速與風向數據規格建立及、建立未來風力機輸出功率及風場監測系統數據分析方法模式。 The focus of this project is placed on the future planning of the researches for the operation period of offshore wind farm in Taiwan. The research topics about the observations and analysis of wind energy, typhoon, earthquake, lightning strike, coastal zone ecology, ornithology, fishery and protection of Chinese white dolphin are considered in the research planning with respected to environmental conditions of offshore wind farm. The important research issues during the operation of offshore wind farm, as the behavior of supported structures (tower and foundation), scour protection, earthquake reduction design, construction method, O&M planning, wind turbines availability, corrosion resistance technology, typhoon-resistant design are also planned in this study. An integrated achievement of preliminary framework and direction of advance research for Taiwanese offshore wind farm design will be proposed in this project. An internet interchange platform and database will be created to offer the team work research, and cloud service to supply industrial analysis. Four example research plans are demonstrated and presented in details in this study, which are the measurements of offshore wind on the research platform, the usage of wind data obtained from offshore research platform, numerical model of the offshore wind regime and the effects of scour on foundations of offshore wind turbines.
