Description

Abstract
本計畫之執行可建立具有連續與不連續外層型態一維氧化物p-n奈米複合材料顯微組織與物理特性表現關連性,就學術研究層面而言計畫研究成果可在p-n異質結構學術研究上提供一完整的材料設計與性能調控參考依據。而就產業應用層面而言,計畫所建立之p-n異質結構的微結構、缺陷特性、晶體生長機制與基本物性分析之研究基礎,將有助於開發具有不同功能屬性強化之感測、觸媒與電極元件。這對於實現在材料、化工、光電或微電子產業多功能尖端異質結構奈米關鍵材料自主開發技術提昇有著實貢獻。
