Description

Abstract
海洋生物因具有趨光性,集魚燈遂成為光誘魚類作業中主要的輔助設備,但發光二 極體(Light Emiting Doide, LED)燈節能成本效益尚須考量燈具造價是否過高與照射範圍 的寬廣,因此如何開發出泛用型LED 集魚燈來取代傳統集魚燈並設計以最佳光效需求 卻有最少油耗等成本,遂成為本研究計畫之主要目標。本計劃擬研發一泛用型水上集魚 燈,電源驅動器兼具高效率與高可靠度的優點,利用色溫的改變,來提高特種魚群的補 獲率,同時藉由調整亮度的強弱來控制照射水下的深度,可避免能源的浪費並提高漁獲 量。採用之電路方塊圖,第一級電路採用升壓型轉換器之功率因數修正器,操作於連續 導通模式下,以達到高功因並降低電流諧波失真;第二級電路為LLC 諧振轉換器,以 提高轉換效率與降低電磁干擾;第三級電路為色溫與亮度控制電路,具有改變色溫與調 整亮度的功能。同時電源外殼設計上採IP67 等級,以達成高度防水防塵等級,配合高 效率與高可靠度轉換器設計,實現泛用型水上集魚燈之LED Driver,最後之研究成果將 實際應用於燈火漁船上,俾進一步評估其成效。"Because the phototaxis is inherent for the marine organisms, fish-light has become a light-induced fish operation in the main auxiliary equipment. However, whether the energy saving of the Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp is satisfied, its cost-effectiveness and wide range of lighting are still considered. Therefore, how to develop a universal LED water fish lamp to replace the traditional ones and have the better light-efficiency, such as the minimum cost of fuel consumption, becomes the main purpose of this research. For the developed universal LED water fish lamp, the LED driver will be adopted because of its high efficiency and reliability in the system such that the capture rate of special fish stocks can be enhanced. Additionally, adjusting the intensity of the brightness to control the depth of exposure to the water can avoid energy waste and increase the catch. Therefore, we adopt the power factor corrector in the booster converter for the first circuit and make it operate in the continuous conduction mode to have high power factor and reduce the total harmonic distortion. For the second circuit, the LLC resonant converter is used for front end DC conversion to improve conversion efficiency and reduce electromagnetic interference. As for the third circuit, we adopt color temperature and brightness control circuit to change the color temperature and adjust the brightness. Besides, the IP67 is chosen for the power supply housing to achieve a high degree of waterproof and dustproof. With high efficiency and high reliability converter design, the realization of the universal LED water fish lamp with the water LED driver can be yielded. Finally, the developed universal LED water fish lamp will be applied on the real light fish vessel for further validation."
