"擬就在去年計畫建立之分段養殖模式中，將人工飼料中添加自行開發之免疫激活物質，並同時添加Vitamine C.與Vitamine E，期望提昇海鱺抗病能力，以提高活存並降低生產成本。 1. 建立微生物控制環境提高節水效率之分段養殖模式。 2. 建立有益微生物控制環境之管理技術。 3. 利用免疫激活物、Vitamine C和Vitamine E處理，提昇魚苗品質和抗病力，以提高放入箱網養殖之活存率。" "Cage culture of cobia (Rachycentron canadum) is very expanding and mass production from 1998 in Taiwan. However, culture of cobia still has some problem in cultural management, two-phase or three-phase culture model and marketing sales, but little information in cobia two-phase or three-phase culture model. Therefore, the present study will focus on management technique and hope to develop a two-phase or three-phase culture model of cobia. Microbial probiotic is a term which, in aquaculture, usually refers to a bacterial supplement of a single or mixed culture of selected bacteria. The objective of this study was to evaluate if routine use of probiotic, immuno-stimulatant, could improve water quality and growth at cobia culture."
