Description

Abstract
"計畫目標: ( 1 )模擬現場模式建立適當運輸密度.( 2 )求出海鱺基礎氧氣消耗量與代謝量, 作為魚苗運輸之參考指標.( 3 )建立海鱺運輸前之降溫模式.架構( 重要工作項目 ): 1.本試驗分玻璃纖維桶和氧氣袋二種運輸方式進行: 玻璃纖維桶運輸試驗方面, 是模擬現場運輸模式在不同水量與不同運輸時間下, 藉由運輸後活存率與後續放養活存率, 找出最適當的魚苗或活魚運輸密度.2.實驗求出海鱺魚苗致死溫度、pH和致死溶氧, 同時試驗求證海鱺魚苗耗氧量與氨-氮排泄量, 可經由此數據換算運輸密度與可運輸之時間, 以作為海鱺魚苗運輸包裝之參考指標.3.實驗設計不同降溫模式與降溫速率, 經由降溫後以活存率為指標找出最適當之降溫模式和速率.4.利用有益微生物與硝化細菌的添加, 進行玻璃纖維桶和氧氣袋的運輸, 實驗觀察其對海鱺魚苗或成魚運輸成效的影響.5.實驗添加不同計量之麻醉劑, 觀察與驗證對海鱺魚苗或成魚, 在玻璃纖維桶與氧氣袋二種運輸方式下, 對運輸效果與成本之影響.預期效益: ( 1 )建立玻璃纖維桶和氧氣袋運輸方式.( 2 )建立海鱺魚苗運輸時生理參考指標." "Cage culture of cobia ( Rachycentron canadum )is very expanding and mass production from 1998in Taiwan.However, culture of cobia still have some problem in transport, two-phase culture model and marketing sales, but little information in cobia larvae transport.Therefore, the present study will focus on larvae transport, and hope to develop a method to transport the larvae of cobia."
