Description

Abstract
"因應船員短缺問題,為吸引籍留住優秀船員,船員管理也從實質的薪資福利,逐 漸提升到對於船員心理與認知層面的關切。在此一背景下,本研究擬從團隊交融 (team flow)的觀點,探討商船船員在其工作場域中,是否如其他不同性質的任務 團隊,在執行任務的過程中,會產生專注、愉悅與工作投入的交融狀態,並且探 討影響團隊交融的可能因素。 本研究將引用地位理論,作為探討交融現象的理論基礎。另外,考量船員工作場 域中,由於人力不足,引進外籍船員是相當普遍的現象,不同國籍的團隊組成, 是否會形成團隊交融的干擾情境,也是本研究擬探討的重點。 研究執行方面,本研究將採用質化之深入訪談與量化驗證兩階段進行研究。研究 對象為商船船員團隊,並採用跨層次資料分析。本研究的執行,將有助於瞭解商 船船員集體認知現象,對於船員管理實務具有參考價值。同時,此一研究利用地 位理論於團隊交融現象,也有助於研究成果的擴充。""Facing the manpower shortage of seafarers, the focus of seafarer management have upgraded from attractive compensation to psychological and cognition concern. Under such circumstance, this study plans to explore the team flow phenomenon in seafarers’ workplace, and try to response the following questions: Is flow exit in seafarers’ team? How this team flow is induced? This research plans to apply status theory to explain team flow phenomenon. Meanwhile, considering the multicultural of seafarers’ team are very popular, this research also considers team heterogeneity as situation variable to response to the real workplace situation. This research consists of two major steps. First, the research will conduct in-depth interview for concept framework verification. Questionnaire survey will then follow in-depth interview to collect data and statistic analysis. By conducting this research, the manager of shipping company can have a more holistic picture about seafarers’ mindset. The research is also fruitful for the extension of status theory and team flow researches."
