Abstract
"在群體多準則決策制定問題中,專家的意見常常會有衝突相左的情形。因此,在群 體決策環境中,尋找群體的共識,作為群體的共同意見,是一個非常重要的議題。 在2002 年,作者在Fuzzy Sets and Systems 上發表了一篇 “Optimal consensus of fuzzy opinions under group decision making environment"。文中,提出一個稱為 OAM(optimal aggregation method)的方法,整合以梯形模糊數表示之專家意見。 陸續有許多應用使用OAM。模糊偏好關係一直是決策者表達方案偏好非常好的工具 之一,也引起了研究學者很多的注意。Enrique Herrera-Viedma, Sergio Alonso, Francisco Chiclana, Francisco Herrera 等人是這個領域中非常活躍的研究學者。最近 2007,他們在IEEE Transaction on Fuzzy Systems 了發表一篇運用不完整模糊關係 進行群體決策。本研究將改進Enrique Herrera-Viedma, Sergio Alonso, Francisco Chiclana, Francisco Herrera 等人對於不完整模糊偏好關係中未知元素推估的方法, 並改良OAM,將其運用在專家意見以不完整模糊偏好關係表達時之群體意見整 合。在此同時,我也將發展新的相似度量,用以度量模糊偏好關係之相似度。""In multi-criteria decision making problems under group decision environment, there arise situations of conflict and agreement among opinions of experts. Thus finding a group consensus to represent a common opinion of the group is an important issue under group decision environment. In 2002, we published a paper “Optimal consensus of fuzzy opinions under group decision making environment” in Fuzzy Sets and Systems, in which we proposed a method called “OAM”(optimal aggregation method) to aggregate opinions represented by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. OAM has been used in many applications since then. Fuzzy preference relation has been one of the promising tools for conveying the preference of decision makers in regards to alternatives and drawn a lot of attentions from researchers. Enrique Herrera-Viedma, Sergio Alonso, Francisco Chiclana, and Francisco Herrera are active researchers in this area. Recently, in 2007 they have published one paper in IEEE Transaction on Fuzzy Systems to deal with group decision with incomplete fuzzy preference relations where some entries are unknown. In this project, we are going to improve their method for estimating unknown elements in incomplete fuzzy preference relation and revise OAM so that it can be applied to aggregate experts’ opinions expressed in incomplete fuzzy preference relations under group decision. In the meanwhile, we will also develop new similarity measure to measure the similarity between fuzzy preference relations."
