Description

Abstract
在非輻射型DEA模型中,Tone所提出的SBM與Super SBM是非常重要的代表模型。Tone的Super SBM有兩項缺點,一是該模型所找到的投影可能非柏拉圖強有效率,另一個缺點是超級效率不滿足嚴格單調性。為了保證找報的投影是柏拉圖強有效率,我們在2013年於Omega提出一個新的兩階段模型。可是我們跟Tone所提的模型都無法處理負數的資料。此外我們的超級效率度量也不滿足嚴格單調性。此次研究計畫,我們將提出一個新的模型,除了可以處理正數的資料外,也可以處理負數及零的資料。此外,我們會證明Tone以及我們先前提出的超級效率度量不滿足嚴格單調性,並提出一個新的超級效率度量,確保此度量滿足嚴格單調性。Tone's SBM and Super SBM are the most important ones in the non-radial DEA models. There are two drawbacks in the Super SBM model proposed by Tone. One is that the projection identified by Tone's model is not strongly Pareto efficient. The other is that the super-efficiency is not strictly monotonic. To ensure that the projection is strongly Pareto efficient, in 2013, we proposed a new two-stage model published in Omega. However, the models of ours and Tone can not deal with negative data. Moreover, our super-efficiency measure does not satisfy the strict monotonicity. In this project, we are going to propose a new model, in addition to dealing with positive data, can deal with negative and zero data. Beside, we will prove that our previous model and Tone’s model does not satisfy the strict monotonicity. A new efficiency measure will be proposed to ensure that the new measure for super-efficiency is strictly monotonic.
