Description

Abstract
"開發一能生產高品質魚肉的海鱺飼料,確定海鱺對油脂品質的利用程度與肌肉中對脂肪酸的累積情形。(一)、確定海鱺魚苗的飼料中油脂的種類對其成長的影響。(二)、了解油脂在肌肉中的累積量,可以追蹤魚肉品質的好壞程度,更進一步可以得知生魚片的口感程度。(三)、可以了解海鱺對各種脂肪酸的代謝情形。" "Objective: The effects of different dietary lipid quality on the growth, survival and meat flesh quality of cobia, Rachycentron canadum and the fatty caid composition of muscle. Working plan: Inshore and offshore cage culture for on-growing cobia has been cultured for over ten years. The cobia is considered as a great potential species for cage culture in Taiwan and the Southeast Asia country. We know cobia can reach 4-6 Kg in a year and up to 20 Kg in two years. In this project, we will culture cobia in 60 x 30 x 45 cm (60 L) FRP tanks. Each tank has its own inlet and outlet water system and aeration system. The water out from FRP tanks will be collected in a central FRP tank with biological filters and the effluent to the reservior. Water will be then pumped into each culture FRP tank from the reservior tank. Each FRP tnak will be stocked 5-10 g cobias. Each treatment has three duplicates. There will have two separated experiments in this project. The protein sources used in the first experiment will be extracted by organic solvent to remove the indogenous lipid. The protein sources used in the second experiment will not be extracted by organic solvent. Then, the mixed ingredients were added 6% different oil sources. Fish meal and soybean meal will be the protein sources to make diets with 45% crude protein. The different oil sources will be fish oil, soybean oil, corn oil, sesame oil, linseed oil, beef tallow, oliver oil and fish oil:corn oil (2:1). The chemical composition and fatty acid composition of diets and cobia muscle will be analyzed."
