Description

Abstract
"本年度目標在探討海鱺飼料配方中添加肉毒鹼與卵磷脂,對海鱺的成長與肝臟重量的增加的影響。 一、 確定海鱺的飼料配方中添加的卵磷脂對其成長的影響。 二、 本計畫結果可以確立海鱺的最適商業配方。 三、 飼料配方的改進可增加海鱺的飼料商品價格。" "Objectives: The purpose of this study will develop a suitable formular for cobia based on known nutrient requirement of cobia and compare the growth, survival and meat quality of cobia fed fortified diets with different levels of soyalecithin and carnitinine. Working plan: Cobias raised inshore and offshore cage have been developed for over fifteen years. The cobia is considered as a great potential species based on its growth rate and disease resistance in cage culture in Taiwan and the Southeast Asia countries. Cobia can reach 4-6 Kg in a year and up to 20 Kg in two years. In this project, cobia fed with diets containing different levels of soyalecithin and carnitine. Cobia will be cultured in 60 x 30 x 45 cm (60 L) FRP tanks. Each tank has its own inlet and outlet water system and areation system. Each treatment will have three duplicates. THe water out from FRP tanks will be collected in a central FRP tank with biological filters and then effluent to the reservior. Water will be then pumped into each FRP tank from the reservior tank. Each tank will be taock 10 cobias (5-10 g). The chemical composition of treatment diets and cobia muscle will be analyzed."
