Description

Abstract
"計畫目標: 飼料中不同蛋白質量和油脂對白蝦成長與活存之影響.架構( 重要工作項目 ): 實驗白蝦蓄養在60x 30x 45cm ( 60L )FRP桶中, 每一FRP桶有獨立的進水系統、打氣系統和排水系統, 排出的水匯集到循環系統中, 系統含生物球、過濾槽及沈澱槽, 排出的水經此一系統處理後, 再以馬達打回每一FRP桶, 循環過濾使用, 每一FRP桶蓄養50隻白蝦, 每一處理組三重履, 共有二組實驗, 分別為1?和25?海水的環境, 分別進行八週的實驗.飼料的配製以魚粉和蝦粉為蛋白質來源, 配製高蛋白( 40% )與低蛋白質( 30% )的飼料, 實驗期間每三週稱重一次, 以AOAC方法分析飼料及蝦體的成份, 並分析各處理組對白蝦成長及活存的影響.預期效益: A、 了解白蝦在不同環境中對蛋白質的利用情形, 以開發適合的人工飼料.B、 以白蝦的成長及活存做為人工飼料開發的依據.C、 分析白蝦的體組成, 以了解其代謝的情況." "Objective: The effects of different dietary protein and lipid levels on the growth and survival of White shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei.Working plan: White shrimp, has been cultured in Taiwan for two years.It is a new species cultured in Taiwan to accomplish the declining production of marine shrimp.The farmers use recirculated System with high density to culture this species.Therefore, we must have a good diet to feed this species in order to have fast growing shrimp.In this experiment, we culture white shrimp in 60x 30x 45cm FRP tanks under two different salinity, 1?and 25?.Every FRP tank has it own water supply system, aeration system and outlet system.The water coming from FRP tanks will be collected in a central FRP tank with biological filter and then effluent to reservoir.Eater will be then pumped to each cultured FRP from reservoir tank.Each FRP tank will be stocked 50shrimp.Each treatment has three duplicate.The duration of the experiment will be 8weeks.Fish meal and shrimp meal will be the protein sources to make diets with high protein level ( 40% )with low lipid level and low protein level ( 30% )with high lipid level.The chemical composition of shrimp muscle and diets will be analyzed by AOAC method.The weight gain and survival of shrimp of each treatment will be estimated.Prediction: ( 1 )The protein utilization of shrimp under different environment can be referred to the formulation of the artificial diets.( 2 )Based on the survival and weight gain of shrimp, good artificial diets for shrimp can be developed.( 3 )The protein utilization of shrimp can be reflected from the body composition of white shrimp."
