"開發藍身大石斑的成熟飼料，並針對雄魚的變性飼料加以探討。一、確定藍身大石斑的種魚配方
二、確定雌種魚的飼料添加物
三、確定種魚變性飼料的添加物" "The purpose of this study will investigate the effects of diets and dietary supplemental sex hormones on the male or female maturity of potato grouper, Epinephelus tukula. Maturation diets containing 50% crude protein treated with different levels of lipids and androgen were used as the treatments. The mature females will be stocked in the south of Taiwan, Pintong. The male and female ratio of potato groupers will be evaluated after 30 days feeding experiment. The egg diameter of female grouper will also be measured."
