Description

Abstract
"近年來,員工個人、工作團隊、企業組織或政府部門紛紛投入相關資源,致力於知識管理的實踐, 而知識管理的落實與否,也在組織創造競爭優勢的環境中,扮演關鍵性角色。過去有關知識管理相關 議題之實證研究,大部份是以實施過程的單一或部份階段(如採用或實施階段)來探討知識管理發展現 況及其影響因素。然而,在實證研究領域上,卻少有文獻從員工-組織-科技因素的觀點,探討知識管 理發展歷程中,各個發展階段的影響因素及其重要性。 本研究綜合與歸納相關文獻之後,擬結合定性與定量研究方法,探討員工層次(如:員工知識自我 效能、員工參與意願、員工對組織承諾、員工之間的信任、員工之間的溝通)、組織層次 (如:高階主 管支持度、企業規模、知識分享文化、組織學習能力、薪酬獎賞制度)、與科技層次(如:資訊科技基 礎架架、資訊科技策略)對三階段知識管理發展 (如:知識管理起始階段、知識管理發展階段、與知識 管理成熟階段)的影響。本研究結合個案深度訪談(定性)與實證調查(定量)的研究方法,首先經由多個 案深度訪談結果修正調整研究模式及研究假說,再利用實證調查法針對所回收之問卷,採用「結構方 程模型(Structural equation modeling, SEM)」方法和LISREL 統計分析軟體,進行資料分析與模式驗證。 最後,本研究將依據研究分析結果,說明其對實務界所帶來之意涵,這些意涵與研究發現可提供台灣 企業界瞭解知識管理發展歷程中的重要影響因素。""Knowledge management is one of the key strategic resources that can produce sustained long-term competitive advantage. Knowledge management is now widely recognized to be important to the success or failure of business management. The relative empirical studies of knowledge management issues in the past were generally from single or some stages of implementation only (such as adoption stage or implementation stage). However, very limited empirical research has been used the individual-organizational-technological contexts to examine which factors influence different stages of knowledge management evolution. This study proposes a research model to examine the influence of individual factors (employee knowledge self-efficacy, participation, commitment, trust, and communication), organizational factors (top management support, firm size, sharing culture, learning-orientation, and organizational rewards) and technology factors (information technology infrastructure and strategy) on a three-stage model of knowledge management evolution (initiation, development, and mature stages). This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to verify the research model. First, the research model has been revised according to the result of multiple-cases deeply interview. Then, the survey research is included to examine the revised research model and hypotheses. Furthermore, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesized relationships between the constructs in the research model, supporting by LISREL software. Finally, this study will provide a valuable reference for business managers who are initiating or conducting knowledge management practices, and for researchers interested in knowledge management issues."
