Abstract

"隨著資訊科技的快速發展，為企業帶來了新的發展契機與挑戰，許多組織嘗試導入企業電子化以因應在競爭環境上的動態改變。企業電子化實施重點在於資訊系統應用的整合性建置，如企業資源規劃、供應鏈管理、顧客關係管理與知識管理系統等。其發展的過程可以視為是一個整合性的變革與創新，期能協助組織提升經營績效、強化與交易夥伴的協調與合作，共同創造新的企業價值。過去有關企業電子化相關議題之實證研究，大部份是以實施過程的單一或部份階段(如採用或實施階段)來探討企業電子化發展現況及其影響因素。然而，在實證研究領域上，卻少有文獻從動態能力觀點(如知識管理能力與組織間關係屬性)，探討企業電子化發展歷程中，各個發展階段的影響因素及其重要性。本研究綜合與歸納相關文獻之後，擬在動態能力的理論基礎下，建構企業電子化發展歷程影響因素的研究架構，實證分析知識管理能力(知識管理策略、知識管理流程)與組織間關係屬性(組織間網絡關係、組織間資訊結構關係、供應商/顧客影響)對企業電子化建置過程中各個階段(起始規劃階段、採用建置階段、例行化成效階段)的影響。本研究藉由理論推導的過程、內容分析法的質性訪談資料整理 (定性)、與統計實證的量化分析(定量)來進行研究假設的驗證，首先經由多個個案深度訪談，以內容分析法分析與歸納訪談結果，修正調整研究模式及研究假說，再利用實證調查法針對所回收之問卷，採用「結構方程模型(Structural equation modeling, SEM)」方法和LISREL 統計分析軟體，進行資料分析與模式驗證。最後，本研究將依據研究分析結果，說明其對實務界所帶來之意涵，這些意涵與研究發現可提供台灣企業界瞭解企業電子化發展歷程中的重要影響因素。""Rapid changes in information technology provide enormous challenges and opportunities for modern businesses. Many organizations attempt to adopt electronic business (e-business) to cope with the dynamic change in the competitive environment. The critical implementation of e-business is establishing integrated information system applications for the firm, such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and knowledge management systems. The process of developing e-business is an integrated innovation and a new business model. It also facilitates better business efficiency, enhances coordination and cooperation with trading partners, and creates the new business values. The relative empirical studies of e-business issues in the past were generally from single or some stages of implementation only (such as adoption stage or implementation stage). However, very limited empirical research has been used the dynamic capability perspective (including knowledge management capabilities and inter-organizational relationship attributes) to examine which factors influence different stages of e-business evolution process. Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study presents and empirically validates the research model to examine the influence knowledge management capabilities (knowledge management strategy and knowledge management process) and inter-organizational relationship attributes (inter-organizational network relationship, inter-organizational structural dimension, and supplier/customer readiness) on the e-business evolution process (initiation, adoption, and routinization stages). This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to verify the research model. First, the research model has been revised according to the result of multiple-cases deeply interview and content analysis. Then, the survey research is included to 表 C011 共頁第頁 examine the revised research model and hypotheses. Furthermore, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesized relationships between the constructs in the research model, supporting by LISREL software. Finally, this study will provide a valuable reference for business managers who are initiating or conducting e-business applications, and for researchers interested in e-business issues."
