Description

Abstract
"在日益競爭的商業環境中,愈來愈多的企業開始採用跨組織資訊系統來維持或提昇組織競爭力, 特別是供應鏈管理系統應用方面,已成為許多企業強化價值鏈效益與組織績效的重要途徑。然而,供 應鏈管理系統的採用不只是導入資訊科技,必須要能有效促進組織與交易夥伴對供應鏈管理系統的同 化或吸收,才能實現供應鏈管理系統應用的預期目標。過去有關供應鏈管理系統相關議題之實證研 究,大部份著重從單一層面(如組織因素或環境特性)來探討供應鏈管理系統的實施現況。然而,在實 證研究領域上,卻少有文獻結合資源基礎觀點 (組織核心能力)與社會交換理論(夥伴關係屬性),探討 供應鏈管理系統同化程度的影響因素及其重要性。 本研究綜合與歸納相關文獻之後,擬在資源基礎理論和社會交換理論基礎下,建構供應鏈管理系 統同化程度影響因素的研究架構,實證分析組織核心能力(全面品質管理能力、新知識吸收能力、新產 品或服務研發能力)與夥伴關係屬性(夥伴相互依賴、夥伴協調、夥伴信任、夥伴承諾)對供應鏈管理系 統同化程度與實施績效所造成的影響,並分析組織間知識擴散與資訊科技治理的調節效果。本研究藉 由理論推導的過程、內容分析法的質性訪談資料整理(定性)、與統計實證的量化分析(定量)來進行研究 假設的驗證,首先經由多個個案深度訪談,以內容分析法分析與歸納訪談結果,修正調整研究模式及 研究假說,再利用實證調查法針對所回收之問卷,採用結構方程模型方法,進行資料分析與模式驗證。 最後,本研究將依據研究分析結果,說明其對實務界所帶來之意涵,這些意涵與研究發現可提供台灣 企業界瞭解供應鏈管理系統同化程度與實施成效的重要影響因素。""In today’s hyper-competitive business environment, more and more firms are adopting interorganizational information systems to sustain or enhance their competitive advantages. Supply chain management systems (SCMS) are especially employed by several businesses to improve value chain efficiency and enhance organizational performance. However, a better understanding of the factors that successfully drive the SCMS assimilation will provide insights for managers and practitioners to realize more SCMS benefits. The relative empirical studies of SCMS issues in the past only focused on technological contexts or environment factors. However, very limited empirical research has been used the resource-based perspective (organizational core competencies) and social exchange theory (partnership attributes) to examine which factors influence SCMS assimilation. Based on the resource-based and social exchange theories, this study presents and empirically validates the research model to examine the influence of organizational core competencies (total quality management capability, knowledge absorptive capacity, and new product/service design and development capability) and partnership attributes (partner dependence, partner coordination, partner trust, and partner commitment) on SCMS assimilation and effectiveness. It also examines how the relationships among organizational core competencies, partnership attributes and SCMS assimilation can be moderated by interorganizational knowledge diffusion and information technology governance. This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to verify the research model. First, the research model has been revised according to the result of multiple-cases deeply interview and content analysis. Then, the survey research is included to examine the revised research model and hypotheses. Furthermore, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesized relationships between the constructs in the research model. Finally, this study will provide a valuable reference for business managers who are initiating or conducting the applications of SCMS, and for researchers interested in SCMS issues."
