Description

Abstract
"為了因應日益複雜的供應鏈配銷網路,以及面對外在環境(國際環保法規、政府立法政策、交易夥 伴要求)的壓力下,促使企業必須將綠色環保概念整合於供應鏈管理系統中,進而推動與實施綠色供應 鏈管理系統。建構綠色供應鏈管理系統的關鍵绩效指標,已被許多學者視為是重要研究議題。然而, 建構並驗證一個多面向觀點的綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效衡量量表,似乎仍未見於文獻。在資訊系統成 功模式、平衡計分卡、綠色供應鏈管理實務的理論基礎下,本研究旨在建構與驗證一個多面向觀點的 整合型綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效衡量量表,藉由文獻分析與專家意見調查(定性)、統計實證的量化分 析(定量)進行綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效衡量量表的驗證。首先經由探索性研究(文獻分析、模糊德爾菲 法)擬定綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效衡量指標,再利用實證調查法針對所回收之問卷,以二階驗證性因素 分析,驗證整體模式的配適度與測量模式的信效度。 綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效因素重要性的評估過程中,往往評估成員會受其主觀判斷與模糊性認知 的影響,無法反映其真實的感受,使得绩效因素的評估更為複雜與不易。因此,本研究以模糊理論與 層級分析法為基礎,建構綠色供應鏈管理系統绩效因素模糊評估模式與操作程序,透過語意變數與解 模糊化消除評估成員對問題模糊的看法,並以模糊層級分析法計算評估構面與準則的權重值,及其重 要性的優先順序,研究對象包括傳統製造業與高科技製造業兩個不同的群組,分別依其各評估構面與 準則的權重值與排名,進行整體的比較分析。最後,本研究依據研究分析結果,闡述理論與實務意涵, 這些意涵與研究發現期能協助臺灣企業檢視其現行綠色供應鏈管理系統的執行绩效,並作為持續推動 綠色供應鏈管理系統的規劃與管理之參考。""Attempting to manage increasingly complex supply chain networks and pressures from various stakeholders, many firms are adopting green supply chain management systems (GSCMS) to govern their extended supply chains. While GSCMS performance models have received much attention among researchers, little research had been conducted to develop and validate a multi-dimensional model for assessing GSCMS performance. This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to validate a multi-item scale for measuring GSCMS performance. First, the GSCMS performance instrument has been developed according to the result of literature review and fuzzy Delphi method. Then, the survey research is included to examine the GSCMS performance instrument. The second-order confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the scale’s factor structure, the model fit index, reliability and validity. Additionally, determining the most important GSCMS performance factors is crucial and helps firms focus on factors with the highest weight and identify the best policy to facilitate the GSCMS implementation success. However, the decision maker can specify preferences in the form of natural language expressions about the importance of each evaluation item. By using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), this study develops a fuzzy evaluation model to determine relative weights and priorities of GSCMS performance factors between two groups of industries - one group is traditional manufacturing and the other is high-tech manufacturing. Finally, this study will provide guidelines for business managers who are initiating or conducting the applications of GSCMS, and for researchers interested in GSCMS issues."
