"全球供應鏈系統由許多供應鏈成員及複雜的跨邊境連結系統組成，也因供應鏈戰線拉長，而供應鏈成員之關係亦更緊密及相互依賴。在2001年美國發生了911恐怖攻擊事件之後，供應鏈保安成為全球重要議題。因此，在美國倡導下研擬了許多國際貨物供應鏈安全相關規範，例如貨櫃安全計畫(CSI)、海關-商貿反恐怖聯盟(C-TPAT)、大港倡議計畫、國際船舶和港口設施安全規章(ISPS Code)、供應鏈安全管理系統標準(ISO 28000)、及海關優質企業（AEO）安全認證等。本計畫主要目的乃探討海運承攬業導入AEO的效益分析，以及研析推動海運承攬業引進AEO認證之主要推動因素。實證研究將呈現本研究之成果。""Global supply chain systems are composed of numerous members and complex connections across borders; the relationship of supply chain members also has been closer and more interdependent. After the threat of terrorist attacks in the USA on September 11, 2001, the supply chain security becomes an important worldwide issue. Because of that, the USA advocates to develop and promote a lot of international norms to increase cargo supply chain security such as CSI, C-TPAT, Megaports Initiative, ISPS Code, ISO 28000, and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). This study aims at evaluating the possible effects of introducing AEO system into maritime freight forwarding industry and discovering the key factors that may drive freight forwarders’ intention to become an AEO. An empirical study is conducted to present the results."
