Description

Abstract
"石斑魚養殖是一新興的水產養殖產業,為一具有重大經濟利益的養殖魚種。石斑魚成長速度驚人加上肉質細膩,許多人對於石斑魚可說是趨之若鶩。因此大量的石斑魚苗供應養成場理所當然成為非常重要的一環。目前,石斑魚苗所面臨的問題包括細菌性及病毒性疾病的危害。所以我們提出一系列的實驗,幫助漁民生產優質石斑魚苗與銷售管道。研究的目的主要分為:(1)石斑魚開口階段:益生菌、餌料生物的IgY與複方免疫刺激物添加應用。(2)白身苗階段:魚苗的選購、病毒檢測、疫苗、益生菌、IgY與複方免疫刺激物添加於飼料中的應用,高育成之石斑魚培育的標準操作流程,活魚運輸技術。(3)成魚階段:益生菌與複方免疫刺激物添加於飼料中應用,優質飼料的製作與投餵管理,高育成之石斑魚培育的標準操作流程,活魚運輸技術。希望將過去二年來的成果成功推廣至全台養殖戶,並藉由與其互動提昇產業。" "Groupers are one of the highest valued new aquaculture species with great economic importance in the worldwide. Due to its rapid growth and the customer preference on their meat, groupers are recommended to be cultured. The abundant supply of grouper seeds is very important to develop grouper industry. The seed of groupers face bacteria and virus problems with low survival, often lower than 1%, compared to other finfish. We proposed a series of task in the aquaculture farm to produce good survival and good quality groupers. The purposes of three years project focus on (1) nursery phase I (fry cultured to DAH (days after hatch) 30, the application of probiotics, living organisms, vaccine, IgY, and complex of stimulants to fry; (2) nursery phase II (juvenile cultured to DHA 60), to establish the SOP of purchase grouper juvenile, to apply the quick test method for pathogen, to provide the vaccine, IgY, probiotics and complex of stimulants to grouper juveniles, to set up the standard SOP for high survival of grouper incubation, to develop the transportation method of living fish; (3) grow-out phase (until fish reach a preferred market size of 600-1200g), to apply the probiotics and complex of stimulants to groupers, to set up the good quality formulated diets and management of feeding, the standard SOP for high survival of adult grouper, to set up the transportation method of living adult fish. The purpose of this year project will focus on the application of the achievements of experiments conducted last two years to the aquaculture farm. Through exchange experiences between researches and practical experiences, we hope that the grouper aquaculture techniques can succeed in Taiwan."
