Description

Abstract
"本多年期研究計畫目的從港埠公司內部出發,利用跨層次分析方法以適當地測量與瞭解組織內團 隊與個體之間互動。其中中階主管的角色與員工認知的綠色組織氣候為團隊層次因素,而員工綠色認 同與綠色創新行為則為個體層次因素,兩層因素具有巢套(Nested)的關係,因此採用階層線性模型 (Hierarchical Liner Modeling)可以讓實證結果更貼近現實,減少偏誤。接著結合資源基礎理論與 動態能力的觀點,建立港務公司的綠色競爭優勢因果模型。因此利用結構方程模式(SEM)探討員工綠 色創新行為,透過綠色動態能力之建立因而讓港務公司可以享有持續性的綠色競爭優勢。本研究預期 可得出中階管理者綠色態度與領導行為對員工綠色認同與綠色創新行為產生顯著的正向影響。員工綠 色創新行為會經由綠色動態能力進而對港埠綠色競爭優勢產生顯著的正向影響。本多年期研究整體結 果可供港埠公司在發展並維持綠色競爭優勢時之參考架構。""The purposes of this multi-year research project used inside perspective and cross-level analysis methods to investigate the interactions between two levels of organizational variables-group and individual level. The group variables the role of middle managers and green organizational climate have significant impacts individual variables employee green identity and innovation, and analyze the variables at different hierarchical levels with hierarchical linear models (HLM). And then integrated resource-based view and dynamic capabilities to explore the influence of employee green innovation on green competitive advantage of Taiwan International Ports Corporation and discusses the mediation effects of green dynamic capabilities by means of structural equation modeling (SEM). The expected results will show middle managers’ contributions on employees’ green identity and green innovation. Moreover, this study demonstrates that the positive relationship between employee green innovation and green competitive advantage is mediated by green dynamic capabilities. Results will be useful for Taiwan International Ports Corporation and stakeholders to develop green port strategies and gain sustainable competitive advantages."
