Abstract
港口物流本質上就是要求具有全球可見性和可追溯性。目前在全球港口和海上運輸領域,發展節能和減排以及智慧化技術的特定應用方面,綠色智慧港就像一顆閃閃發亮的新星。績效卓越的港口正在實施智慧化技術,求能以更好地管理港口營運,從而能提升生產力和又達到節能,減輕對環境的影響。綠色智慧港口在學術和實踐上仍然是一個模糊的術語。本計畫試圖建立綠色智慧港口策略的評估框架。本研究結合了網路層級分析法(ANP)和決策實驗室法(DEMATEL),可以準確地評估綠色智慧港口構面與準則,並找出哪個構面或準則是提高綠色績效和智慧績效的關鍵因素。本研究為港口當局提供了參考工具,以製定其綠色智慧港競爭策略,透過本評估架構可以確定其當前營運在綠色智慧港策略上的優勢和劣勢。冀望我們的研究結果能夠為政府制定綠色和智慧港口政策提供理論依據,並為港口和利害關係人者建立有效的評估系統,以利用綠色智慧港口策略促進港口的進一步發展。The nature of port logistics requires global visibility and traceability. Developing a green and smart port is a significant progress in the specific application of energy conservation and emission reduction as well as intelligent technologies in global ports and maritime shipping sectors. High performing ports are implementing smart technologies to better manage operations meeting new challenges in maintaining productivity and energy efficient facilities that mitigate environmental impacts. Green Smart Port still is a vague term to the academic and practical .This plan attempts to develop an evaluation framework for green and smart portconstruction. This paper proposes a model which combines the methods of the analytic network process (ANP) and the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) to evaluate green smart port accurately and can find out which criterion is the key factor to improve green and smart performance. Our methodology provides a reference tool for port authorities to develop their smart port strategies, assess their greenness and smartness, and identify strengths and weaknesses of their current operations for continuous improvement. Hope our research result to providing a theoretical basis for governments to formulate a green and smart port policies and establishing effective evaluation systems forthe port and stakeholders to leverage green smart port technologies for the further port development.
