Description

Abstract
"貨櫃碼頭在定期航運系統中扮演著重要的角色,除可提供一個暫存空間供託運人預先交付貨櫃以 等候船舶,以及堆儲貨櫃等候受貨人提領之外,有效率的船邊貨櫃裝卸作業更可縮短船舶滯港時間, 提升航線的競爭力。值得注意的是,貨櫃的體積與重量皆十分龐大,在變更儲位或上下拖車時,必須 仰賴起重機。實務上能處理貨櫃的起重機相當多元,因此,如何評選適當的起重機實為一重要的決策 問題。由於貨櫃碼頭屬於一個動態的作業系統,除了船邊裝卸作業之外,閘口拖車也會持續駛入與駛 出,進行貨櫃提領與交付作業。因此,在評選儲區起重機系統時,亦須考量各項作業同時進行時的交 互作用,並配合適當的調度指派邏輯,才能發揮高度的生產力。本研究主要分為兩個階段,首先將以 主要儲區起重機為依據,將貨櫃碼頭作業系統先分為軌道式門型起重機、跨載機與堆高機等類型,再 依拖車指派、儲區調撥以及機具分組等重要作業邏輯另分為若干子分類,產生不同的作業策略情境進 行系統模擬,據以蒐集各項作業數據。完成之後,再利用資料包絡分析法的觀念,以距離函數搭配共 同邊界法來衡量各作業模式之生產力以及各類機具之作業技術缺口,並以統計進行技術缺口率差異檢 定,據以比較各作業模式之生產力。""Container terminals play important roles in the liner shipping system by providing buffer zones to shippers, consignees and terminal operators. In addition, efficient shipside operation can shorten the dwell time of ships to increase the competitiveness of carriers’ services. It is worth noting that containers must be handled by cranes because they are quite large and heavy. Therefore, efficient strategies for allocating yard space and dispatching cranes and trucks are necessary to increase the productivity of a container terminal. This study comprises two phases. In the first phase, we divide the operation models into several types according to the yard cranes used in container terminals, and then each operation model will be simulated for data collection. In the second phase, we will measure the productivity using metafrontier frameworks according to the data collected in the first phase. In addition to measuring the productivity, the technology gap of each type of yard cranes will also be measured and compared."
