"企業風險管理能力反映企業在供應鏈體系中，發現、應對以及由風險中恢復的能力。在當今急遽變動的外部環境下（如供應鏈上供需量與分布的變動、大環境的經濟波動、地方政府以及民眾對公司的態度、競爭者的加入），第三方物流公司的風險管理能力已成為一個重要的議題。儘管「企業風險管理能力」已在供應鏈體系中扮演著重要角色，但較少有學者以物流業者的觀點針對該能力與績效間的關係進行探討，多數僅探討一般企業在某項風險管理能力的提升所帶來的效益。然而，「企業風險管理能力」的提升對第三方物流企業來說代表更高的資本投入，面對台灣地區已臻飽和的物流市場，物流服務的「買方市場」也益加明顯，第三方物流企業該如何妥善配置資源以符合顧客需求，進而提升企業營運效能與財務績效，已成為企業生存發展的重要問題。本研究的目的在於分析兩岸第三方物流企業的「企業風險管理能力」、回復力與績效三者之間的關係。本研究以問卷調查方式收集兩岸第三方物流企業的相關數據，並以統計分析方法為基礎。本研究結果期望夠為台資第三方物流企業在進入東亞暨東南亞物流市場時，在制定企業戰略、提高績效方面提供實踐上的參考。""Risk management reflects “the firm's ability to plan for, mitigate, detect, respond to and recover from risks that it may likely encounter”. In a fluctuating external environment (e.g., economic fluctuations in the social, political, and economic environment, the attitudes of local governments and people toward the company, and the inflow of competitors), the role of risk management for 3PLs is very important in the current business environment. Despite risk management being an increasingly important element of supply chain management, little study has been conducted on assessing the impact of risk management on performance in 3PL research. In the difficult business environment, offering implementable solutions to complex risk management challenges in order to gain superior competitive advantage has become an important issue for Taiwan’s 3PLs. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship among risk management, resilience, operational performance, financial performance of third-party logistics providers in Taiwan and China. The study reviews the relevant literature and collects questionnaire information to analyze key risk management indices and performance indicators for 3PLs both in Taiwan and China. Finally, we use the case of Taiwanese logistics firms to see if there is still room for improvement and provide suggestions for the firms’ future development. The results of this study can be a reference for foreign-invested logistics companies as they enter the Chinese market."
