Description

Abstract
"觀察不同溫度下TGIV之感染力的變化與不同水溫與TGIV致病之相關性,同時探討水溫驟昇與驟降的緊迫對發病之影響.藉由溫度因子影響TGIV在石斑魚泳鰾細胞之感染力與病原性之探討,除了可以了解此病毒在細胞上之增殖與溫度之關聯外,建立疫情發生與季節水溫相關之資訊,更有助於此病毒之流行病學研究,將可用於虹彩病毒疾病防治對策的開發." "In this project, attempts were made to clarify the effect of temperature on the infectivity and pathogencity of TGIV, and the influence of temperature shock on the disease outbreak as well. In order to utilize temperature as a control measure of the disease, the interactions of the temperature factor and TGIV multiplication are also needed to clarify their relatedness. We believe that such an investigation will potentially be of value in further study of the control of the diseases."
