Abstract
"有創造力的員工是競爭優勢的關鍵要素。另一方面,物流服務業是台灣十大重 點服務產業之一,在這個創造時間價值,分秒必爭的產業,物流業一線員工經常會 感受到很高的時間壓力。在高時間壓力下,一線員工的創造力是否會下降?而一線 員工的顧客導向程度,是否能減緩此負向影響?這是過去研究未探討的重要問題。 本計畫的研究目標,是探討時間壓力對物流業一線員工創造力的影響,並討論在哪 些情境因素下,時間壓力對員工創造力的影響較大。本計畫探討的情境因素包括員 工的顧客導向程度,工作特性和工作中關係。除了探討情境因素的直接和干擾效果 外,本計畫也建立一個競爭模型,探討員工顧客導向的程度,是否會中介時間壓力 和員工創造力之間的關係。本計畫以海運承攬運送業為實證對象,首先透過訪談了 解該產業員工的時間壓力和工作特性,再透過調查法發放問卷蒐集資料,最後透過 層級迴歸和結構方程模式檢驗假設和修正模型。本研究有助於了解在時間壓力下, 員工顧客導向程度對提高一線員工的創造力的關鍵角色,研究結論可補足物流服務 業相關理論的不足。海運承攬運送業者或其他物流服務提供者,也可據此結論調整 工作內容或做為員工甄選與訓練的依據,具有實務上的貢獻。""Employee creativity is recognized as key for generating a competitive advantage. In today’s evolving marketplace, logistics service provider must increasingly focus on developing responsiveness to meet customer demands. In the pursuit of such rapid response to customer needs, employees of logistics companies are expected to deal with added pressures on their time. However, existing research has largely ignored the impact of these time pressure on employee creativity. The purpose of this project is to investigate the influence of time pressure on employee creativity in the context of logistics service industry (e.g., ocean freight forwarder industry). The project will also examine whether the relationship between time pressure and employee creativity is moderated by employee’s customer orientation, job characteristics, relationship with supervisors, and relationship with coworkers. Surveys, hierarchical regression and structural models will be conducted to evaluate the effects. The obtained results can greatly expand the understandings the roles of time pressure, employee creativity, and employee’s customer orientation in logistic service industries. The results also provide useful reference for ocean freight forwarders and other logistic service providers."
