Description

Abstract
航空貨運需求維持穩定的成長,全貨機的艙位提供扮演非常重要的角色。對航空公司而言,如何有效運用飛機艙位,提升載運效率,減少運送成本殊為重要。本研究計畫擬從機場出口之運務作業著手,探討航空公司裝運效率的管理評估,以及貨物載運配置的最佳化決策進行深入的研析,以協助航空公司資源應用的改善。具體言之,本研究計畫討論三項營運課題,首先是全貨機營運航線應如何進行裝運績效的評估,航空公司應可從貨物裝運實績、ULD (unit load device)盤櫃使用、飛機載重配置、裝運作業技術和相關資源應用著手。本研究擬建立一分析層級程序(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)確立評估架構與準則,並衡量準則的重要性,藉由TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)法進行各航線一定期間內的裝運績效衡量實證。其次乃是探討貨載管制和飛機艙位配置的最佳化課題,前者決策使貨載極大化之盤櫃組合指定,建立多元參數混合整數規劃問題(multi-parametric mixed-integer programming problem)模式;後者探討利用混合整數規劃模式,為已知之盤櫃貨物指定機上艙位,以滿足飛機重量、結構、重心的限制。最後則整合貨載管制與艙位配置兩課題,建立可同時考慮貨物裝打組合、盤櫃選用和盤櫃艙位指定之裝載配置問題,應用對象包括收貨特性不同之全貨運航班和航空快遞公司。The demand of air cargo deliveries kept a stable growth in the global markets. The supply of cargo freighters plays a crucial role. The efficiency of cargo carries and the reduction of operation costs through the effective allotment for aircraft capacities are quite important for airlines. From the perspective of airport traffic operations, this project will discuss the evaluation of loading efficiency for management units and the optimal decision for cargo allotment. This project focuses on three management topics. The first is to evaluate the operation performance of routes used freighters. Airlines can measure from cargo loads, unit load devices (ULDs) uses, aircraft capacity allotment, techniques of operations, and resources application. This project will attempt to use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach to construct an evaluation framework and measure case studies for airlines. Secondly, this project will explore the optimization topics for load control of air cargo shipments and ULD allotment of aircraft capacities for freighters. Load control aims to select the suitable assembles of ULDs for all different onboard shipments, while ULD allotment means to decide the locations for all lifting ULDs under the constraints of weights, aircraft structures, the position of center of gravity etc. The final part tends to integrate the decision for load control and ULD allotment as a cargo load allotment problem. The basic mathematical model will be formulated as a multi-parametric mixed-integer programming problem. The cargo load allotment models will be applied to the case studies for the freighter flights and express carriers because of their different properties of shipment deliveries at airports.
