商務航空以提供客製化為服務主軸，配合頂級私人服務，提供特殊餐點、私人通關、彈性行程與機上私人空間等作法，超過一般航空公司頭等艙或商務艙的服務内容。臺灣地區由於法令規章的訂定尚未周延，與相關硬體建設尚未完成，以致於在標準化的比較之下，商務航空的發展程度遠低於歐美國家。本研究將以三個年期，分別從從三個層面切入，以研擬我國發展商務航空的策略：需求面、供給面與商務航空對關聯產業的效益。Due to its customization, business aviation provides better services than the first/business class of schedule flights provided by airlines. Compared with other countries in North America and Europe, Taiwan’s development in business aviation is under the beginning stage, probability due to less of sound regulations and suitable physical infrastructure. This study aims at developing the national strategies to establish business aviation industry in Taiwan, from three dimensions: demand side, supply side, and the benefits of business aviation on other related industries. Three years have been allocated to finish this study.
