Description

Abstract
本計畫「八輪甲車動力系統冷卻性能提升分析」為八輪甲車動力場冷卻系統建立一套整合實驗與模擬的分析技術,提供一高效率散熱機制建議。計畫重點在冷卻系統設計參數分析,完整地探究系統配置與熱源分布之關聯性,並就導入外部空氣進行動力艙散熱之強制冷卻能力進行流場研究,在兼顧系統配備要求與提升動力艙散熱效能的條件下,進行簡化內部空間設計與提升冷卻系統性能為目標。第一年度藉由泛用型CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)軟體的獨特技術結合高性能的硬體設備,建立完整的高性能動力系統的散熱分析研究,並且藉由數值模擬分析驗證分析其散熱機構的流場與溫度場的特性;第二年度將模擬分析之結果與實驗數據值進行比對驗證,當完整地建立模式後,針對3D-CAD模型進行設變,由CFD模擬分析設變後的流場分佈。本計畫所建立的CFD軟體分析技術,可確保開發新產品的功能,並可提供高性能動力系統散熱分析設計的方法。本年度之計畫目的為建立與熱性能實驗結果相符合之三維分析等效模組,完成實驗與原始模型的流場模擬比對,驗證數值模擬分析方法的準確性;同時透過電腦輔助工程軟體建構多種提升動力系統冷卻效率的模型,進行流場模擬分析,比較在精進冷卻系統前/後之散熱效益;如此,不僅提供解決此一複雜熱管理問題之有效方案,亦可作為因應後續動力系統升級或發展衍生車系的參考。 The project “Heat transfer analysis of eight-wheeled armored vehicles powertrain “ establish a techniques of powertrain cooling systems by integration of experiments and analysis. Provide a high-efficiency mechanism of heat dissipation suggestions. Project focus in the cooling system parameter analysis, fully explore the relevance of system configuration and heat distribution. And research a forced convection on flow field by import external air into the engine compartment heat dissipation. Under the conditions of both the system requirements and improve the thermal performance of the engine compartment, streamline internal space and improve the performance of the cooling system. The first annual research project is to establish a complete high-performance thermal analysis of the power system, with a unique technology Computational Fluid Dynamics Software and high-performance hardware equipment. Verify the heat dissipation institutions’ characteristics of the flow field and temperature field by numerical simulation analysis. The second annual study program is verifying simulation results and experimental data. Change 3D-CAD modele, and simulation of Flow field distribution after change. This techniques ensure the new design features, and provide a method design of heat dissipation at high-performance power system. The purpose of the current year is establishment of three-dimensional equivalent module consistent with thermal performance results, matching flow field of experiments and model. Construct a variety of power system cooling model, and comparison of heat dissipation efficiency. Provide solutions to complex thermal management problems, but also as a follow-up power system upgrade or develop derivative cars reference.
