Abstract
水下載具螺槳葉片處於非均勻入流中進行作動,雖然無空泡產生,但此時螺槳葉片產生之非定常力即為水下載具最主要噪音來源,此等噪音即所謂偶聲源噪音。對水下載具而言,如何預測與控制此偶聲源噪音是一對安全性影響甚大的關鍵技術。尤其水下載具於不同操作狀態時(如艉舵轉動角度或前翼轉動角度),會使螺槳之入流更不均勻,偶聲源噪音更明顯。此計畫將針對水下載具於不同操作狀態時螺槳葉片產生之偶聲源噪音進行解析。執行內容首先將以一海洋研究船螺槳葉片之偶聲源噪音為例,驗證本計畫所採用之聲波理論解析解及時域迭代邊界元素法,驗證方法為實驗與計算值互相比較,進而修正此數值方法以確認採用之解析解的準確性;再者,運用已確認之解析解方程式於水下載具螺槳葉片偶聲源噪音計算,計算過程會同時變動載具前翼與艉舵角度,分析其不同操作狀態之水下聲場分布與特性。此計畫執行完成後,可以完整建立水下載具螺槳葉片之噪音解析方法,並可了解不同操作狀態之水下聲場特性,建立相關參考資料,對往後之水下載具建造及偵測有實質助益。 The propeller blades of the underwater vehicle operate in a non-uniform inflow. Although there is no cavitation for the propeller, the unsteady forces generated by the propeller blades are the dominant noise source for the underwater vehicle. The noises due to the unsteady forces are so-called dipole noises. It is important to predict and control the dipole noise accurately for the safety of the underwater vehicle. As the underwater vehicle is in different operating states by rotating the stern rudders or the front fins, the inflow of the propeller is usually more non-uniform; consequently, the caused dipole noise is remarkably louder.This project will analyze the dipole noise of the underwater vehicle in different operating states. In this project, an oceanography research ship will be taken as the example first to verify the accuracy of the methods (linear wave theory and time-domain iterating boundary element method) applied in predicting the dipole noise. Then,the verified method is corrected and used to solve the dipole noise of the water vehicle in different operating states. The different operating states are carried out by rotating the angles of the front fins and the stern rudders. After the implementation of this project, the correct method for predicting the dipole noise of the underwater vehicle propellers can be developed. Besides, the acoustic fields of the dipole noises due to the underwater vehicle propeller in the different operating states can be practically referable for the construction of the underwater vehicle in the future.
