Description

Abstract
"本計畫聚焦海域再生能源開發相關工作與國際接軌,以聚焦離岸風力及海洋能技 術領域,執行4 個子項工作,分別為 1. 黑潮發電測試技術研擬, 2. 離岸風能運維監控技術引進交流, 3. 波浪發電裝置模擬軟體引進與本土化研究,與 4. 海事工程技術引進與施工案例建置。 期經由本計畫在三年期內之實施來提升我國技術能量。 因此,本計畫將搭配主軸計畫之技術開發時程規劃,借重法人研究機構(例如工 研院等)之國際網絡和人脈,並透過邀請主軸計畫研究人員與本計畫研究人員共同籌 組國際媒合交流訪團、舉辦國外國合研討/媒合會及人才交流/訓練、舉辦國內國合商機 交流/研討會等,以促成雙邊機構對機構之實質合作。" "This project focuses on the international collaboration on offshore marine renewable energy development mainly on the technology fields of off-shore wind energy and marine energy. We shall carry out 4 work items of work, including (1) Draft of test technique for Kuroshio energy conversion, (2) Operation & Maintenance Management and Monitoring techniques exchange, (3) Establishing localized Simulation Software for Wave Power Generation, and (4) Introduction & Maritime Case Database for marine energy convertor. The execution of this project will help enhance national technology capability. In parallel with the technology development schedule of the General Program and by leveraging the networking and connection, this project will help promote substantive cooperation between institute and institute. Ways to promote international collaboration will include (1) to organize delegations including researchers of General Program of international matchmaking/exchange, (2) to hold oversea seminars for matchmaking/training, and (3) to organize domestic business exchange seminars."
