Description

Abstract
本計畫研究之目標乃是針對不同的膠結性材料來製作預鑄透水性混凝土製品進行相關研究,研究其配比、製程參數等因子對於透水性混凝土的各種性能指標所產生的影響。所考慮的透水性混凝土性能指標包括抗壓強度、抗彎強度、透水係數、連通孔隙率、抗磨耗能力、抗凍融能力、體積穩定能力等。所考量的膠結材料,在第一年計畫中針對卜特蘭水泥加上礦物性摻料,第二年計畫針對鹼活化水淬高爐石粉,第三年則針對無機聚合物。在第一年針對卜特蘭水泥加上礦物性摻料,採用的預鑄工法是使用常壓蒸氣養護技術;第二年針對鹼活化水淬高爐石粉,則會採用烘箱;第三年針對無機聚合物,也是採用烘箱。針對不同預鑄工法,我們會使用不同的參數,探討參數變化對於透水性混凝土行為的最終影響為何。本計畫的完成,除可以為預鑄透水混凝土製品提供完整的數據參考,也具有提升國內相關產業的商業意義。 The purpose of this project is to study the precast pervious concrete products using different binders. The influences of mix design and manufacturing parameters on the properties of the precast pervious concrete will be studied. The properties include the compressive strength, bending strength, permeability coefficient, connected pore ratio, anti-abrasion capability, resistance of freeze-thaw, volumetric stability and so on. The binders considered include the Portland cement with mineral admixture (1st year), alkali-activated slag (2nd year) and geopolymer (3rd year). The precast methods include the normal pressure steam curing (1st year) and the oven (2nd and 3rd year). For different precast method, we will consider various manufacturing parameters to study their effects on the properties of pervious concrete. It is expected that the fulfillment of this project not only provide useful data for the precast industry but also promote the commercial competitiveness of related manufacturers.
