Description

Abstract
本計畫中使用矽灰及飛灰添加於水泥基材料中,利用快速氯離子傳輸試驗(RCM)求得之氯離子傳輸係數,探討矽灰及飛灰對分別對漿體與ITZ之的改善程度,以及ITZ厚度之影響。本計畫分成實驗與理論兩大部分同時進行。實驗之材料使用不同水膠比之水泥基材,添加不同用量之矽灰及飛灰。試體分為未置入石材之O系列與置入石材之I系列試體。實驗過程中使用快速氯離子傳輸試驗(RCM)配合比色法(Colorimetric technique),可經由肉眼分別看到,氯離子侵入水泥基材料中漿體與ITZ之深度,並由氯離子侵入深度,分別求得漿體與ITZ之氯離子傳輸係數。理論方面利用複合材料理論,將水泥基複合材料水泥基材料視為三相之複合材料,其基本組成分為母體(matrix)、置入物(inclusion)與界面過渡區(interfacial transition zone),水泥砂漿體為母體,石材為置入物,利用漿體與ITZ之氯離子傳輸係數及石材與界面過渡區之體積比,求得ITZ之厚度,並探討ITZ及漿體傳輸性質改善之程度。 In this project, silica fume and fly ash are added to cement-based materials. The chloride migration coefficient obtained from rapid chloride migration test (RCM) is used to study the degree of improvement of silica fume and fly ash on the matrix and ITZ, respectively, and the thickness of ITZ. This project is divided into two parts: experimental and theoretical. The experimental materials used cement substrates with different w/b, and different amounts of silica fume and fly ash were added. The specimens are divided into O series without stone and I series with stone. A rapid chloride migration test (RCM) and a colorimetric method were used. It can be seen the chloride penetration depth of the matrix and ITZ through the naked eye. The chloride penetration depths can be used to calculate the chloride migration coefficient of the matrix and ITZ. In terms of theory, the composite material theory is used to simulate cement-based materials as three-phase composite materials, which are matrix, inclusion, and interfacial transition zone. Mortar is the matrix and the stone is inclusion. The thickness of the ITZ can be obtained from the chloride migration coefficient of the matrix and ITZ and the volume ratios of the inclusion and the ITZ.
