Description

Abstract
"膨發槍和超臨界二氧化碳技術為對環境友善的高壓加工方法,本研究擬利用這二種方 法,以膨發槍製得不同去乙醯程度、不同分子量的(多孔性)幾丁聚醣,以超臨界二氧化碳進 行幾丁聚醣分子量劃分和製備幾丁聚醣多孔性材料(微粒、支架),並對其特性進行測定。本 研究分成三年進行,如下: 第一年:利用膨發槍對β-幾丁質進行膨發,所得幾丁聚醣產物進行去乙醯程度、分子量、 電子顯微鏡、DSC、X 射線繞射圖譜、粒徑等測定。 第二年:利用各種幾丁聚醣原料,以超臨界二氧化碳技術進行分子量劃分,測定被劃分 的幾丁聚醣之去乙醯程度和分子量。 第三年:利用三種超臨界二氧化碳技術製備幾丁聚醣多孔性微粒和支架,再進行電子顯 微鏡、粒徑、孔隙度、細胞增生等測定。""The explosive puffing and supercritical carbon dioxide both are environmentally friendly high pressure processing. The study will prepare different degree of deacetylation (DD) and different molecular weight (MW) porous chitosan with explosive puffing, fragment chitosan into different MW fractions by supercritical carbon dioxide, and manufacture porous chitosan microspheres and scaffolds with supercritical carbon dioxide, respectively. Then, the characteristics of these products will be explored. This study will divide into three years to carry out as follows: The first year: The various DD and various MW porous chitosans are prepared from β-chitin with puffing gun. The properties such as DD, MW, microstructure, DSC, X-ray diffraction, and particle size of puffing chitosans will be determined. The second year: The various MW fraction chitosans are fragmented from different DD and MW chitosan with supercritical carbon dioxide. The DD and MW of resulted chitosan fractions will be determined. The third year: The porous chitosan microspheres and scaffolds are manufactured from different DD and MW chitosan with 3 kind supercritical carbon dioxide methods. The properties such as microstructure, porosity, particle size, and cellular proliferation of chitosan microspheres and scaffolds will be determined."
