Description

Abstract
"2016 年2 月6 日凌晨,台灣南部強震造成台南某社區大樓公寓倒塌,許多住戶因此被掩埋在 坍塌的建築下,雖然相關權責單位立即派出搜救人員進行救援,但由於房屋堆疊倒塌造成搜 救困難,多數受困者被發現後,大多已無生命跡象。倘若能利用相關空間位置資訊技術加速 發現受困者的位置,或許,可以增加更多受害者生存的機會。 本計畫為『利用電波訊號特性與陣列式天線技術訊號源空間定位資訊系統實作及應用』,主要 目的為利用陣列式天線(Array Antenna)來實作定出訊號位置之空間資訊系統。系統使用高精密 定位技術( High Resolution Location)定出訊號源方位、辨識訊號源數量,並即時回傳訊號源位 置資訊至遠端伺服器,搭配電子地圖迅速顯示出訊號源目標位置,可應用於緊急危難的人員 定位、協助警方緝凶、甚至瀕臨絕種生物的追蹤等等。""In 2016, a strong earthquake hit the southern Taiwan and caused lots of personal injuries and damages. Many people lost their life due to the difficulty in finding their exact locations. An idea is that if we can apply the related geolocation techniques in finding their locations, maybe more life can be rescued. This project: “Implementations and applications of the geolocation system via the properties of microwave and the antenna array” will use the techniques of antenna array and the high resolution location methods to determine the locations and numbers of the signal sources. Besides, the spatial locations can be recorded to the data-base at the remote site and displayed on the google map to efficiently identify the targets. The implemented system can be applied the scenarios such as the identifications of personal locations, criminal locations and the tracking of the endangered species."
