Description

Abstract
近年來非常熱門的適地性服務(Location Based Service, LBS)透過使用者裝置(User Equipment, UE)的位置資訊,系統業者可提供許多基本通話功能以外的加值服務給予使用者。在戶外,使用者位置資訊一般可使用全球定位系統(Global Positioning System, GPS)達成,而室內定位資訊則因建築物對於GPS訊號的遮蔽影響,使得誤差極大或根本無法完成定位估計,因此,室內定位在實現上,有其先天的困難及挑戰。本計畫為『多輸入多輸出架構下室內定位與環境測繪系統之研製』,主要目的為利用多輸入多輸出架構與微波成像技術來實作定出室內設備位置及周遭環境之空間資訊系統。系統使用通道特性及差量場型求出設備位置、方位並測繪周遭環境障礙物,可應用於擴增實境、機器人導航、甚至緊急危難救援等場景。Currently, modern Location Based Service (LBS) can provide many services other than the conventional voice service to the user equipment (UE) via its location information. The location information can be acquired easily via the Global Positioning System (GPS) at the outdoor. However, it would be more difficult in the indoor environments since that the signal will be shaded and degraded by the buildings. This project: “Implementation of the Indoor Positioning and Surrounding Prediction MIMO System” will use the features of the wireless channels and the array patterns to conduct the indoor positioning and environment prediction. The project will use the derived relations for the array patterns to increase the location precision. Besides, the implemented system can be applied the scenarios such as the Augmented Reality (AR), robot navigation and for the public safety purposes.
