Description

Abstract
"海運為國際貿易的主要途徑,台灣四面環海且位居亞太交通樞紐關鍵位置,海運產業 在台灣對外貿易中扮演重要角色。為提升海運公司的競爭力,管理者需提高公司整體 效率。然如何達整體效率的提高?其中之一的方法為有效地分配有限資源於各部門。 根據海運產業的經營特性,在海運過程中可能對海洋造成汙染而導致非意欲產出的出 現,因此,本計畫以考量非意欲產出的資料包絡分析法建構資源配置模式,以探討台 灣海運公司內部的資源如何有效地分配於各航線。本計畫所提之模型為修正兩階段資 料包絡分析模式為單階段資料包絡分析模式,以改良兩階段之缺點,並在單階段資料 包絡分析模式基礎下,利用混合、對稱與非對稱等三種模型進行分析,以比較三者之 差異。預期所獲結果能提供台灣海運產業在資源配置上有效的參考。""In the world, most international trade is carried out by shipping. Taiwan is surrounded by sea and is a key transportation hub in the Asia-Pacific region. Shipping industry in Taiwan plays an important role in international trade. In order to enhance the competitiveness of shipping companies, managers need to increase the overall efficiency. One way to achieve this is to allocate limited resource efficiently to different units of an organization. When shipping companies provide the transportation service, the undesirable pollutants may be jointly produced. This project proposes some data envelopment analysis models, which consider both desirable and undesirable outputs in the allocation of a given resource, to explore the resource allocation among individual routes of a shipping company in Taiwan. To overcome some deficiencies of the two-phase DEA model, we intend to propose a single-phase DEA model. Based on the single-phase DEA model, mixed, symmetric and asymmetric models are used to allocate resource. The results may provide valuable suggestions for resource allocation in the shipping industry in Taiwan. "
