Description

Abstract
本計劃的目標就是設計出驗證用晶片型熱電發電機系統(TEG)之檢測平台,進行實體實驗並建置晶片型熱電發電機之驗證標準。可提供業界(SGS檢驗公司)對該項科技技術之產品品質進行驗證作業。本計畫擬設計出兩組實驗用晶片型熱電發電機之平台,一組供單晶片熱電發電機檢測使用,另一組則為完整系統之晶片型熱電發電機之檢測平台。單晶片熱電發電機之實驗平台是用來檢測該單晶片模組是否能達成其設計功效,而整組發電機模組平台之設計,則是用來檢測該發電機之發電功能和其熱效率。本計畫除提供業界建置驗證標準和其實驗平台外,亦可供在熱電發電研究領域之學界之進行進一步之研究和參考使用。This project is proposed to setup a system for the experiments of the thermoelectric generators (TEG) that are used for the inspections of TEG.. Furthermore, these systems can also be adopted to design quality standards for SGS Company. In these systems, two models for the tests of TEGs are designed. One is the test for one chip of TEG that is used to inspect its functions and the other is the test of the built-up of TEG for its thermal efficiency. The achievements obtained from the project will not only provide to the use of SGS company but also for the applications of academic research.
