1. 整理台灣地區觀光漁港之景觀及親水設施使用情形及設置必要性。 2. 建立景觀及親水設施設計因子，並評估現有觀光漁港景觀及親水設施實施案例之成效。 3. 定具體可行之景觀及親水設施設計方法，作為改善建設執行之參考。 4. 定觀光漁港景觀及親水改善之示範性建設漁港，提供政府建設投資依據，以期展現具體之施政績效。 1.
