Description

Abstract
本計畫主要整合貯鹽試驗(Ponding)、快速氯離子滲透試驗(RCPT)、及加速氯離子傳輸試驗(RCM)三種試驗。貯鹽試驗期長達90天,試驗所需時間較長,且氯離子分布曲線之取樣不易。因而發展出以外加電場加速氯離子傳輸之RCPT及RCM。RCPT及RCM雖然解決試驗期過長的問題,但RCPT僅將混凝土之氯離子滲透性分為五級,屬於定性試驗。RCM中變色滲透深度之氯離子濃度不大確定。而且RCPT及RCM均不適用於添加礦物摻料之混凝土。 本研究擬改善此三種試驗之缺失,研發適當之混凝土抗氯離子試驗。計畫分三步驟。(1)針對Ponding試驗,保留其氯離子含量分佈曲線之優點,配合理論式推導,改成簡易之取樣量測方式;(2)應用上階段簡易之取樣方式,配合RCPT之電量,於RCPT實驗後,求得氯離子含量分佈曲線,以改善RCPT使用於飛灰或爐石混凝土準確度失真的缺失;(3)應用前兩階段,簡易取樣及電量之結果RCM,以實際之氯離子含量分佈曲線,計算氯離子傳輸係數,改善RCM僅適用一般水泥混凝土之缺失。 預期本計畫的成果,於加速氯離子傳輸試驗後,僅需增加一個表面氯離子之量測,便可得到氯離子含量分佈曲線。使用氯離子分佈曲線,以氯離子確實之滲透深度,計算傳輸係數。整合貯鹽試驗(Ponding)氯離子含量分佈曲線,及加速氯離子傳輸試驗(RCPT及RCM)試驗短之優點,制定最適宜之混凝土耐久性試驗及評估方式。 關鍵詞: 貯鹽試驗、快速氯離子滲透試驗、加速氯離子傳輸試驗、氯離子分布曲線、擴散係數 The object of this project is to integrate three test methods: Ponding test, Rapid Chloride Ion Permeability Test (RCPT), and Rapid Chloride Migration Test (RCM). Ponding test is a long-term (90 days) test for measuring the penetration of chloride into concrete, and the sampling for chloride content analysis is difficult. The RCPT and RCM test methods by the application of an external electrical field were developed to accelerate the movement of chloride ions. RCPT and RCM are used in short term experiment to assess the concrete of the chloride permeability. But there are some disadvantages, when the RCPT and RCM are used to evaluate the durability of containing mineral admixtures of cementitious material. There are three steps are used in this project: (1) for ponding test, a simplified sampling method is used to find the chloride profile; (2) to find the chloride migration coefficient by using RCPT, a simplified procedure is developed in this investigation to obtain the chloride profile; (3) for RCM, using the chloride profile to find the chloride migration coefficient. After the completion of the RCPT and RCM, additional step taken during the modified procedure entails measuring the surface chloride content to obtain the chloride profile. Based on the chloride penetration depth obtained from the chloride profile, the modified method was used to compute the chloride migration coefficient and assess the chloride permeability of concrete.
