Description

Abstract
深引伸加工技術涉及材料特性,以致製程中成品側壁厚薄與長度不易控制,需要模具設計及製程技術來克服。本研究目標為建立一套金屬材料厚薄深引伸成形。成形實驗過程中,模具設計、不同間隙的大小以及形成材料流動之液壓,使成品達到側壁變薄、高引伸比及厚度均勻之特性;透過一次性厚薄深引伸成形的加工方式,製作出品質極高的杯狀物,所製作出來的產品之引伸比大於1.5(成品高度/底部厚度直徑之比值)。利用有限元素模擬軟體(DEFORM-2D)進行模具與成品分析;製程設計則利用田口實驗方法之望大特性求取深引伸最大長度。觀察成品之深引伸長度及最佳幾何形狀,進行製程參數探討及最佳製程參數組合實驗。本計畫之成果除可提供模具製造業界新的引伸加工技術參考外,亦可供學界在引伸領域新的研究方向。Deep drawing of technology related to material properties made the manufacturing process of the product sidewall thickness and length is not easy, it need mold design and process technology to overcome. The research objective is to establish a deep drawing of the thickness of the metal forming. Design mold parameters, different clearance and hydro-mechanical of forming. Forming experiment not only made the product side wall thinning, but also with uniform thickness properties. To product through the processing of one time of thickness deep is high quality. Deep drawing of the product’s proportion is high than 1.5. Use finite element simulation software to analysis mold and product. Process design use Taguchi experimental method to find deep drawing of the maximum length. Observe the deep length of product and best geometries process parameters, and then make experiments with best process parameters. The achievements obtained from the project will not be only provided to the use of sheet drawing industry but also for the applications of academic researchers.
