Description

Abstract
"柴油車排放之空氣污染物是都會區的主要污染源,尤其是粒狀 物及氮氧化物。環保署為改善環境空氣品質,加速高污染柴油車汰 舊換新,歷年來補助汽車客運業者新購低污染車輛,並推動示範運 行計畫。複合動力車是以電池與馬達為主要動力來源,並配合汽油 或柴油引擎為輔助動力,因此較純電動車有較大行駛里程,且可大 幅降低柴油車輛所造成之各種排氣污染。為協助國內順利推動複合 動力低污染公車,本計畫擬就全球複合動力低污染公車之技術發展 藍圖、先進國家的推動計畫及成果、目前應用現況及遭遇之困難點、 相關之法規與標準進行完整評估,也將評估使用複合動力低污染公 車所可能獲致之空氣污染物減量之成本效益。本計畫亦將召開推動 複合動力公車之產、官、學、研座談會,廣納各界意見,在與其他 子計畫之相互配合支援下,本計畫之研究成果將可提供環保署作為 擬訂推動策略之重要依據,以藉由使用低污染公車,達到降低柴油 公車排氣污染,改善空氣品質之計畫目標。""Pollutants emitted from diesel vehicles are one of major air pollution sources particularly in metropolitan areas. Our Environmental Protection Administration has subsidized city bus companies to buy low-emission buses in order to improve air quality. A hybrid-power vehicle uses a set of batteries together with a motor as its main power source while a gasoline or diesel engine as auxiliary power source. Hence, a hybrid-power vehicle can not only travel a longer distance than that of an electrical vehicle but also reduce greatly almost all kinds of air pollutants from diesel vehicles. For the purpose of promoting success of using this type of low-emission bus in Taiwan, we will evaluate the whole road map of technology development of hybrid-power vehicles in the world, current application and obstructions, relevant regulations and standands. The cost-benefits of air-pollutants reduction from using the hybrid-power vehicles will be estimated as well. Two seminars will thereafter be held in order to exchange ideas of spreading the low-emission vehicles. Under our cooperating together with researchers of two other sub-projects, the results of this project will be provided to our EPA for reference of reducing emission pollution from diesel vehicles. The project’s goal of improvement of air quality can therefore be achieved."
